Arthur shops are ready to welcome you again, in the best conditions. Do you want to come see us and wonder what we have planned to welcome you safely to our stores? Here are our answers to the key questions you are asking. We look forward to seeing you again!

1. Is wearing a mask compulsory in your stores?

Wearing a mask is compulsory for our teams in store, and highly recommended for all of you. A Hydroalcoholic Gel solution will be available in our stores so that everyone can wash their hands at the entrance and at any time.

2. Do you disinfect payment terminals?

Yes ! Each store manager undertakes to clean payment terminals and work surfaces every 3 hours.

3. Do you limit the number of customers per store?

Yes. To best respect social distancing and avoid too large a gathering in a closed space, the number of customers in the store will be regulated.

4. Have the opening hours changed?

Shop opening hours are available here . We advise you to call your nearest store before you go.

5. Can I come to the store with my children?

Yes, at Arthur we have a family spirit :) On the other hand, please note that access to the shops will be regulated to avoid too many people in a closed space. It's up to you to come with your dear little darlings, or to treat yourself to a solo shopping break!

6. Can I try before I buy?

The fitting rooms will be closed for health reasons. However, if the size is not suitable, you can return your item for any size exchange request.

7. I saw promotional offers on your site, are they valid in store?

To celebrate our reunion, we have planned a 20% reopening offer on all pajamas, only valid in store until May 23, 2020.
