To determine your exact size, take your measurements by positioning a tape measure as close to the body as possible without tightening it.
Waist circumference is measured by positioning the tape measure just above your navel. Chest circumference is measured by wrapping the measuring tape around your bust, at the level of the tip of the breasts.
